Actress Jennifer Garner reportedly has a stalker who's making her fear for her life.

TMZ.com has court documents showing that Garner has gotten a court order protecting her from a man named Steven Burky.

"Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me," sending "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country," the documents said, reported TMZ.

The "Alias" actress claims that Burky has been stalking her since 2002.

In the court papers, Garner claims that Burky has showed up at her home and said, "God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death."

In addition to her own life, Garner said that she fears for the life of her husband, Ben Affleck and their daughter, Violet. Garner is also pregnant with her and Affleck's second child.

"I am currently pregnant and fear for the safety of my second child once born," Garner said in court papers.

According to TMZ, Burky has a blog called "Satanic Panic," which asks, "Are multitudes of adults resorting to human sacrifices and then repressing this information from fear of Christ?"

Garner and Affleck, both 36, starred together in the superhero movie "Daredevil." They were married in 2005.
